Outside, the landscape unfolds into a playground of possibilities: dive into the seasonal heated pool, serve up competition on the volleyball court, unwind on the expansive deck, or gather around the firepit for stories under the stars. Within the estate, two separate living spaces, each with its own kitchen and living room, provide the perfect balance of community and privacy, allowing guests to come together or retreat into quietude as they wish.

For those envisioning a fairytale wedding, The Glen House offers a romantic canvas upon which to paint your perfect event, with breathtaking views and serene settings. Imagine your day set amidst the lush fairways of the Sunday River Golf Club, a scenic spot where love and nature dance in harmony. While the house provides a charming spot for smaller ceremonies, for larger weddings I recommend considering the Sunday River Resort just up the road for your reception, or the Golf Course Club House, which you can walk to.  For the adventurous at heart, consider a ceremony at the Artist Covered Bridge or atop White Cap Mountain where your guests can all take the chair lift up for a breathtaking view, each location promising a ceremony as unique and unforgettable as your love story.
